I've been eating healthy for the most part today. (unfortunately after I went jogging i came home to two mini cheeseburgers D: ).
I went for a jog/walk with my dog around the park, did a few laps switching between running/walking and a bit of sprinting.
I just finished doing a 10 minute exercise targeting obliques for women. Some of it was tough, but I did what my body could handle :)
This is something I need to get into a routine of doing.
I like following youtube exercise videos because I can find many different videos on anything I want to do, which kind of mixes it up and makes it less boring (instead of doing the same things all the time).
Proud of todays progress.
Breakfast: -muesli with 1 banana, frozen blueberries and a cup of green tea.
Snack: - 2 pancakes with jam spread
Lunch: 2 mini cheeseburgers :( then later had 2 ferrero rochers.. BAD PART OF THE DAY..NOT MY FAULT PARENTS BOUGHT JUNK FOOD .
Dinner: - curry... of some sort. I know we are having curry for dinner, not sure what kind yet!
will have a glass of water with dinner. And then shall fill up a water bottle to drink throughout the night.
