Outfit updates~

Floral summer dress (from jay jays)!
I love chucking it on on a hot day, it's
so flowy and light! Also included is this
cute bra (bras n things store) which I
actually exchanged for a cuter bra (I found this one had a strange fit and caused chaffing on my arms).

This dress is so beautiful. I bought it on sale at saboskirt.com and photos do not do it justice! I absolutely adore the neckline, and harness appearance it has, along with the off the shoulder look. It is a little bit sheer as well! Great quality dress and was only $24!!💘
Hot lazy day. Wearing a top I got for Christmas (featuring a floral pattern) with my favourite mink pink skirt!
Mink pink skirt I picked up on Boxing Day! (Yay for sales) matching with my black velvet crop from American apparel.
I love that I can wear something simple with this skirt, and still feature a gorgeous floral print on the skirt!
Another Boxing Day find! Found this pretty maxi dress at 'dotti'. It's sort of a tie dye effect with an interesting pattern all over. I love just chucking it on. It makes me feel really elegant.

My favourite high waisted 'dr denim' jeans with one of my favourite t shirts!
Featuring Jesse pinkman (fave charactor on breaking bad)😊
I love the look of wearing blacks and whites together. Also wearing my Jeffrey Campbell 'zomg' platforms from the jc play collection!

Happy new year!

I thought id start by saying happy new year to all, for my first post of 2014.

Id like to write down some of my current new year resolutions and aspirations which will hopefully be fulfilled over the next 12 months.

•I hope to complete my third year of college and pass with flying colours (I've already passed my certificate IV, just need to complete the rest of my diploma).
•I want to save up more money towards my rhinoplasty surgery. (I'm about half way there already). And if the timing is right, id like to have the surgery done by the end of 2014 (if all goes to plan).
•An overall change of appearance. My braces are coming off shortly (so yay for a new smile) and I'm going to be dying my hair a darker colour, and getting long tape extensions! I'll look completely different (I hope anyway).
•Exercise. I want to make working out a regular part of my routine. It's hard to find the motivation with so little 'me' time, but id like to find it. I have told myself year after year that 'this will be the year I get fit/get toned/lose weight etc' and I have never fulfilled that desire. I'm hoping this year I can stay motivated and on task. I want the body I've always dreamt of.

At the moment, those are all the aspirations my mind can think of. And I think they are things that can be achieved.

Outfit updates~

Loved this outfit combo! Shouldn't need to wear a sweater in summer but it is good to chuck something on when it's a bit chilly. Oh and probably the first prominent 'red' item I own ❤️
Blue! I've been loving blue lately. And this gorgeous summer dress from forever new does not go astray! I love how the fit of it, how it's quite tight around the rib cage area and really enhances the hourglass figure (^_^)
Here's a little outfit I literally just chucked together on a hot day. A little singlet/tank too (very loose fitting) wit floral detailing on it. Paired with my favourite black skirt! And new sunglasses too (O_O)
This fine dress is perfection. The soft purple colouring really matches my pale skin tone and hair colour. It has a heart shape cut out in the back of the dress too, which makes it extra amazing. It's a very thick material and quite heavy, so it's good to wear on a warm day- but not too hot! It's from www.saboskirt.com and It was on sale for $24 (absolute bargain).

This is a gorgeous bodysuit from forever new. It looks so delicate and the material is so soft and smooth!
It has a beautiful lace detailing across the front of chest and back area which adds to it's delicate look.

Scrubbing with frank!

I recently purchased the frank scrub from frank bod
@frankbod on Instagram!

And for $14.95 I must say, it is an amazing product.
After just one use (I've only used it once so far) my skin felt amazing where I had scrubbed.
I felt smooth, and silky.
Of course I will continue to use it over the course of summer applying it to the areas where I have slight stretch marks/cellulite/scarring.
It is supposed to reduce those skin problems, so I'm hoping it does the trick!
But nonetheless it works wonders for the skin 😊

Maintaining 'Ash Blonde' hair !

So I get many questions about my hair and how I maintain the colour.
So this post is a bit of an insight into that!

I recently went back to Ash blonde after being a warmer shade for a couple of months.

I always get my hairdresser to bleach & tone my hair (because its the safest way and I don't want to stuff up my hair). So thats how I get the colour! I usually just tell them what I want, and sometimes I'll just show them a photo of the colour I'm after.

It is then up to me to maintain the colour I desire.
My hairdresser used a violet toner to get my hair ash, and so I use de lorenzo's silver shampoo in the nova fusion range.
This time I have purchased the conditioner going with it. But I haven't yet used that yet, so I can't give any feedback.

The great thing about de lorenzo, is that they are vegan. The ingredients are plant based, and they do not test on animals or contain any animal ingredients either.
So kudos to them for being animal friendly :D

Here is a couple of photos of my new hair straight after the hairdressers! (I also had them tone by extensions) :P

Employee of the month :D

So no one knew that my workplace was even doing an employee of the month (they never have before), and then randomly at the end of last night, a couple of the managers got everyone together and announced it, and it was to me!

I was so surprised, but it was really nice!

I was given a $50 village (movies) voucher to spend :D
Hard work sure does pay off!

Cannot stop snacking.

Ways to stop snacking?
Someone help.

I eat when I'm bored. When I''m thirsty. Whenever. I love eating. But I eat some bad foods.

MUST DRINK MORE WATER.

FLUID INTAKE IS IMPORTANT. Thirst can often be mistaken for hunger, and that is the case for me.

JUICE, WATER, MILK, TEA, GREEN TEA.  I WILL HAVE MORE OF.

No more biscuits, lamingtons, scones or roll things. Stop.
Make the effort to peel the banana, or cut up an apple. Or orange.

Cut up some carrots or celery and dip them in peanut butter. Have a spoonful of peanut butter instead of grabbing a handful of chips.

I need to cut back on hot chocolates, as well. I get them all the time. I should replace them with coffee because coffee boosts metabolism.
