Its a pretty good exercise system. Whenever I use it, I'm really sore the next day.
But I only really use it every few months. Because I'm lazy. Sigh :/
I used it last Sunday though. And here I am a week later, on Tuesday, about to use it again! For me, this is good ahah.
I'll try to do it at least once a week if I find time for it :)
Until Summer, when I go to boot camp 2-3 times a week!
