What I've eaten today. 26.09.2012

I think I want to start keeping track of what I eat daily. 
Or at least most days. That way I can see patterns/try to eat healthier etc.
It'll be easier to start making change.

Okay so today:

  • Breakfast:
    2 pancakes with jam.
    A cup of tea.
  • Lunch:
    1 Banana.
    3 strawberries.
    1 Macadamia cookie.


    That is all so far. I feel like having a toasted cheese sandwich soon, maybe. Or a kiwi fruit.
