Food diary!


  • 2 slices of wholemeal bread, 1 slice with butter, 1 slice with jam
  • Cup of tea with milk
  • Hot white chocolate from HQ
  • 1 Banana
  • Handful of raw snow peas 
  • Bowl of homemade yoghurt 
  • 1 cup of green tea

    (so far) it's only 3pm :)
